📋 Step 2: Submit an Adoption Inquiry Form
Once you’ve found your dream puppy, click “Contact Us Now” on the profile. This form helps us learn more about your home environment and experience with small breeds, ensuring each puppy goes to a safe and loving home.
Our screening process mirrors responsible breeder standards followed across North America — protecting both our puppies and your family.
💬 Step 3: Meet & Greet (Virtual Introduction)
We’ll schedule a virtual video call so you can meet your chosen puppy before confirming the adoption. This step ensures transparency and helps you build a bond even before your puppy comes home.
Families in Canada or nearby U.S. states may request an in-person visit by appointment, depending on availability and health guidelines.
💳 Step 4: Secure Your Puppy with a Deposit
Once approved, a small non-refundable deposit reserves your puppy. This removes the puppy from listings and covers essential pre-adoption care, including health checks and vaccination updates.
Payments are accepted through secure, traceable methods such as e-transfer, PayPal, or other verified platforms.
🩺 Step 5: Health Check & Travel Preparation
Before leaving our care, every HenryPaws puppy undergoes a complete veterinary health exam to ensure they are:
- Vaccinated and dewormed
- Cleared for travel
- Microchipped (where applicable)
We comply with Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations for safe pet transport. Each puppy comes with a Health Certificate and a Puppy Starter Kit.
