🐾 HenryPaws Refund & Returns Policy

At HenryPaws Teacup Puppies, our top priority is the health, safety, and happiness of our puppies — and the joy they bring to their new families. Because we are dealing with living animals, our refund and return policies are different from those of regular online stores. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


🐶 1. Puppy Health Guarantee

All HenryPaws puppies are health-checked, vaccinated, and dewormed by licensed veterinarians before adoption. Each puppy comes with a Health Record and a 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee against life-threatening congenital conditions.

If a certified veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a hereditary or genetic illness within this period, we will:

  • Offer a replacement puppy of equal value (subject to availability), or

  • Offer a partial refund to help with medical care costs.

Proper veterinary documentation must be provided within the guarantee period.


💛 2. Refunds Before Delivery

If you have placed a deposit or full payment and wish to cancel before your puppy has been delivered or picked up, the following applies:

  • Within 24 hours: 100% refund (minus any transaction fees).

  • After 24 hours: 50% refund of the deposit amount, as your puppy’s reservation removes them from being available to other families.

  • After travel arrangements have been made: Deposits become non-refundable due to reservation and preparation costs.


🏡 3. Returns After Delivery

Because puppies are living beings who quickly bond with their new families, we do not accept returns due to change of heart, allergies, or personal circumstances.
However, if unforeseen life events occur, we ask that you contact HenryPaws first — we will gladly help rehome the puppy responsibly.

We never want our puppies to end up in shelters or unsafe situations.


✈️ 4. Delivery & Transport Policy

All puppies are delivered using trusted, pet-safe transport partners. Once your puppy is on their way, tracking and care updates will be provided.
HenryPaws is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the airline or transport provider, but we will always assist in resolving any concerns.
